Custom & Personalized Orders

 

• Custom and personalized items are created specifically for you. Because of this, these orders are not eligible for returns once production has begun. Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.

 

Order Cancellations

 

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. Custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation once work has begun.
