All of our products are made to order and carefully prepared before shipping.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Custom or personalized items may take additional time depending on complexity. Estimated processing times are provided before checkout whenever possible.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Packaging
All items are securely packaged to ensure they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can help.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns on custom or personalized items.
If there is a problem with your order — such as damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect — please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to find a solution.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once production starts, cancellations may not be possible — especially for custom or personalized orders.
